Padiham on parade

We are proud sponsors of Padiham on Parade, A 1940's weekend organised by a group of Armed Forces Veterans. Gawthorpe Hall will be joining in the weekend again this year- a vintage bus will be doing trips from the town centre to the Hall,visit their WW2 'control room' in the library, and there will be various in costumed military personnel inside the Hall and a display of kit, equipment and various other military items outside.Also you can try your hand at some 1940s garden games like croquet and quiots on the lawn, as well as bunting galore.
